Are these sneakers authentic?
YES! All shoes are 100% authentic and purchased from Official Retailers and then customized by hand. An Authentication Tag is affixed to the shoes, allowing you to request a receipt of the purchase.

When should I expect my order?
All shoes are customized by hand and require time to complete in order to ensure the quality standard you expect. We appreciate your patience during the process. The total delivery time for Custom Sneakers is Order Processing Time (3-4 weeks) + Shipping Time (2-4 business days). We'll send tracking information once they are completed. How long will the design last?
Our designs exhibit flexibility and excellent resistance to weather conditions. We apply protective layers and a waterproof finish to enhance the shoes' longevity. When it comes to painted designs, we use premium Angelus Direct leather paints for top-notch quality. However, it's important to note that there's no fixed time for how long the designs will last; their durability depends on how well you take care of them.

How should I take care of my shoes?
Customs should be treated with care. The paint will not crack or peel, though it could be damaged. For maximum longevity try to keep them dry and clean. Machine wash is not recommended. It will be better to gently hand wash them in lukewarm water with a brush or a piece of cloth. For more details, read our guide.

What kind of paint do you use?
For painted shoes, we use Angelus acrylic leather paint that will not crack, peel, or rub off during normal wear. It is the most trusted acrylic leather paint brand on the market.
